Our Mission

At the Christian Assembly of Cape Town, we are dedicated to serving the underserved and disadvantaged communities in and around Cape Town. Our mission is to provide spiritual guidance, community support, and essential services to those in need, bridging cultural gaps and fostering a sense of belonging for all.

Our Growing Congregation

Our church is currently home to 250 dedicated members, and we are excited to project a growth to 500 parishioners within the next 12 months. This rapid expansion highlights the urgent need for our new community center, which will enable us to better serve our growing congregation and the community. We believe that this center will foster connection, support, and spiritual growth for all. Join us in this journey to enhance our community's experience and outreach!

Join us every Sunday for our church services, in French and English. Experience the warmth of our community as we come together to worship and share in faith. Everyone is welcome, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Regular Conferences

The Christian Assembly of Cape Town hosts a minimum of 4 major conferences per year. This is an opportunity for our partner churches to participate and share the Word of God from different cultural and experienced perspectives. We invite our fellow pastors to participate in these events and increase the number of events 8 conferences per year.

Meet with Pastor Gaius during his visit to churches across the United States from 4 July 2025 to 30 October 2025. This tour presents an opportunity for your church to forge meaningful connections with our growing community in Cape Town.

Constitution

We are raising much needed funding to improve our buildings and to make it safe for our growing congregation. This fund raising is in accordance with the Constitution of the Christian Assembly of Cape Town. In particular the following sections:

Article 9: Application and Sponsoring of New Members
Article 13: Resources: Raising capital through Memberships, Donations, Gifting from other Non-Profit Organisations, Fund Raising and Loans
Article 14: Funds will not be removed from the bank account without two Directors signing authority thereto

PATRON MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
  1. Vote on Annual Budget & Businessplan 
  2. Vote on Board Members and Governance
  3. Vote on Capital Expenditure not-included in the Annual Budget
  4. Vote on Operational Expenditure not-included in the Annual Budget or deviating by more than 10%
  5. Attend all conferences and webinars at no cost
  6. Receive a 10% Annual Profit Share to NPO of the Member's Choice subject to regulatory requirements
  7. Members may sell their Equity Notes by offering to other Members first before selling to a New Member

Application Process

Please note: This donation request is not a securities offer, and as such it is not registered nor will it be registered with any regulatory body anywhere in the world. This is a Voluntary Patron Membership offer with certain benefits associated with the membership as contained in the Constitution of the Christian Assembly of Cape Town and enforceable under the following Acts:
  • Nonprofit Organisations Act 71 of 1997 (GoN 1627, G. 18487, [Proc. R86, G. 19199])
  • Nonprofit Organisations Amendment Act 17 of 2000 (GoN 596, G. 21271, c.i.o. 9 June 2000),
  • General Laws (Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Terrorism Financing) Amendment Act 22 of 2022 (GoN 1535, G. 47815, c.i.o. 31 December 2022 and 1 April 2023 [Proc. 109, G. 47805]).
