Exchange Trust manages the transaction obligations on an end-to-end basis with a full understanding of the requirements as stipulated in the Buys/Sell agreement between the parties. In addition the Exchange Trust platforms are able to manage several back-to-back buy/sell contracts to ensure enforceability and compliance across the contract set. This implies that the end user is secured in its ability to receive the product regardless of the multiple title transfers and multi-mode shipping arrangements. Exchange Trust works closely with the fund owners to verify each step of the transaction prior to settlement. In most instances where settlement and remittance is not simply based on documentary aspects we enable the fund owners to execute a 2nd independent document verification.
